In the transport sector, the durability of painted parts in contact with the passenger is a key target for vehicle manufacturers.

The paint system used has a nanotechnological pre-treatment, while the possibility of painting passes through a wet-on-wet and powder-on-liquid system; two powder booths with off-line colour change, a pressurised liquid booth, a drying oven and a curing oven.

It is very peformant, with a large load capacity: the scales can accommodate objects up to 5000x800x2500, with a total weight of 350 kg.

Complete with acid vapour neutralisation and process water purification systems. Control and management through electrical panel with PLC, graphic pages and remote management with GSM card.
